Bismillah: A Fresh Start

By the will of Allah, we’ve made a significant move, and we couldn’t be more excited and hopeful for what lies ahead.

It’s been a remarkable journey with The Barakah Lifestyle Initiative (TBL). From its early days as Sr. Bk’s university blog, transitioning through ‘Barakah’s Thoughts’ to TBLT, and now evolving into TBL NG, we’ve seen incredible growth and transformation. As we expanded, it became clear that we needed to implement more robust systems, structures, and proper representation to support our new direction.

Our journey wasn’t without challenges. One day, our website crashed unexpectedly, and we saw it as a sign from Allah SWT that it was time for a fresh start. It was a moment of reflection and realization that our intentions were in alignment with these events. Truly, “Qaddarallah wa ma shaa fa’al” (Allah has decreed, and what He wills, He does).

While we may not know exactly what the future holds, for only Allah SWT is Alimul Ghaib wa Shahadah (Knower of the unseen and the witnessed), we are deeply grateful for our present circumstances. We embrace this change with open hearts and are thrilled about the pace at which we are moving forward.
